Nothing says “team” like your office headshots. Having a consistent look and feel across all your owned media is necessary to project professionalism and brand cohesiveness. VRTL Pro Headshots Atlanta will take the time to produce photos you can use across all your platforms – from your website to your brochures.
Here’s how it works:
- Book a discovery call where we’ll discuss your goals and schedule a session at your location.
- On the day of your session we’ll set up our portable studio in a cozy spot.
- We’ll call your employees one-by-one for their photo session.
- They’re going to look great!
Once they have their office headshots, your employees can use them for their LinkedIn profiles, company website, proposals, business cards, promotions and much more.

Pricing
We love Atlanta. So we built a package to show just how much. Our on-site professional headshot packages are built for company events and large groups. All you need is a minimum of 5 people to qualify for this special pricing.
- 5-20 people – $85 per person
- 21-50 people – $75 per person
- 51+ people – $65 per person
- Set-up & strike fee – $750
What you get:
- Each participant gets a headshot mini-session that runs 3-5 minutes. On average 5 to 10 photos are taken per person.
- We’ll provide basic coaching and styling.
- You will receive a digital download of each person’s best photo in high-resolution as well as versions formatted for social media profile images. All final photos are retouched for optimal balance of color, brightness, contrast, clarity, and white-balance.
The best shot is delivered to you on our Online Gallery
- You can purchase additional retouched images for $45 each.
- For groups of 30 or more, we will bring an assistant to handle taking email addresses and manage crowd flow.
- On completion of each headshot, we will provide the team member with our contact information.

FAQ
When will we get our photos?
Corporate headshot clients will receive their photos in 4 weeks or less. For groups greater than 100, it may take a few days longer.
How are our photos delivered?
Images are delivered via digital download from our online photo gallery. You will be able to order additional photos there as well.
What is the payment schedule?
To secure your session, 50% payment is due upfront. The balance is to be paid in full by the end of your session. Check or cash is preferred, credit cards are accepted.
Are there any additional costs?
No. What we quote is what you pay. No surprises.
Note: Group discounts only apply to headshot sessions completed within the days specified in the quote.
